Ingredients
* 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
* 1 - 1 1/2 C Chicken Broth
* 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
* 1 8 oz. block Cream Cheese
* 1 packet Italian Dressing Mix (dry)
* Garlic Salt, to taste
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan. Use 1 cup of broth at first, increasing as needed to obtain desired consistency.
2. Serve over noodles.
