Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into 1 inch pieces
- Vegetable Oil
- 1 egg
- Flour
- Buffalo wing sauce
- Flour Taco Shells
Toppings:
- Shredded Lettuce
- Cilantro Rice
- Black Beans
- Avocado slices
- Bleu Cheese dressing
- Green onions, sliced thinly
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Beat the egg and coat the chicken. Then dredge the chicken in the flour.
- Add chicken to the frying pan and cook on both sides. Once the chicken is done, drain the oil and add in wing sauce until chicken is well coated. Heat through.
- Assemble tacos and enjoy!
